The buses leave every 20 minutes for points south to Puerto Vallarta. The first bus leaves at 5:00 AM and the last bus leaves at 10:00 PM. When taking a bus from Puerto Vallarta to Sayulita, the first pick up is in front of Wal Mart and Sam's Club.
