Sayulita Fish Taco and Tequila Bar

Sayulita fish taco and tequila bar is now open after 2 months vacation. I met up with Mark on Saturday at the restaurant and being his true self, brought out 4 bottles of tequila which Gabby, Mark, myself and this charming lady from Santa Barbara, California Jennifer Lawrence sat down and started drinking. Right away, I knew this was going to be a day to remember. Jennifer and Mark met in Guadalajara at the World Tequila conference and became friends instantly.

My lack of knowledge about tequila put me in a position to sit back relax and listen to the discussion about bubbles, smells, flavors, of each tequila. Respect has to be given to Mark, Gabby and Jennifer for their knowledge and love for tequila. As Jennifer pointed out , "tequila is a magic spirit of the soul" I must agree, as Mark opened the fourth bottle for tasting, I heard nothing but laughter, joy and felt the spirits dancing all around us.
