A Day on the Bay
A Day on the Bay,
A Day on Banderas Bay with Friends and Family,
Living on the west coast of Mexico, offers so many things to do. Sayulita gives us surfing, horse back riding, fishing, hiking and of course the beauty to just observe and relax.
Well last Sunday we decided to go sailing on the Tomatillo Jeanneau a 43 foot sloop her Captain Eugenie took a group of us out from Nuevo Vallarta for a fun day sailing in the bay
Banderas Bay , just to give you an idea is the third largest bay in Mexico at the size of 500 square miles with 50 miles of shore line. So no worries about bumping into other floating objects.
The weather was perfect sunny, just enough wind to keep us moving along at a steady pace. No competitive sailing here this was a smooth sail, relaxing and very enjoyable for everyone on board. Of course when I say family I am speaking of the five little one’s who seemed to be just as comfortable on sea as they do on land.
I find being out I on the ocean moving along with lots of close friends is one of the best ways to enjoy a day of fun in Mexico.
But all said and done it’s just another day in paradise!
