The new zoning regulations that we have been hearing about for over a year is now finished. The Sayulita Son has been able to get a copy and i am sure as the old zoning, it will make some people happy and not so for others.

Most of the zoning codes have changed as well, with the exception of the "T" zones, however the T-15, T-12, T-8, T-5, T-2, and TC density has changed. Most people understand who are interested in this sort of thing that the "T" zoning covers south Punta Crucita, Playa Escondida, Playa Patzcuarito and north to San Francisco then starts again past Costa Azul.
