This four level open-air house is about 2800 sq. ft. in size, and has two air conditioned bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. It has a shallow small dipping pool on the second (bedroom) level. The bedrooms are enclosed, but the rest of the house is open-air.

CASA JACARANDA is an artistically decorated, ocean view home in South Sayulita surrounded by tropical gardens. It has two bedrooms and adjoining baths-one up and one down. Both have queen size beds with air conditioning and fans. The living area and kitchen are also equipped with fans. A short 5 minute walk takes you to the village center or the many beaches. Our cobbled driveway has off-street parking. It is also quiet, and in a lovely neighborhood.

Villa Mariposa can be rented as a 2 bedroom, or the Casita and the main Villa can be rented separately, each as a 1 bedroom. When the Casita is rented alone, it will not have pool access. The Casita is located just below the pool patio and has its own entrance.
