The buses leave every 20 minutes for points south to Puerto Vallarta. The first bus leaves at 5:00 AM and the last bus leaves at 10:00 PM. When taking a bus from Puerto Vallarta to Sayulita, the first pick up is in front of Wal Mart and Sam's Club. The name of the bus company you would be looking for is COMPOSTELA it will be the white bus with Compostela in green also they state on the front right windshield where they are going. It's a fun tour to and from Sayulia for only 20 pesos.
